Summer BBQ

Our annual summer barbecue is looked forward to every year, as community members are able to come together and enjoy delicious food, fun activities, face painting, games, and a raffle! 

Community partners such as the Toronto Fire Department, Toronto Community Housing, Enbridge Gas, our City Councillor, Parks, Forestry and Recreation, and Second Chance also join us for the day and spend time teaching others about the services they offer! 

This event is sponsored each year by the generous donations and support provided by community partners and residents.

Back to School Drive

Heading back to school can be a stressful time for parents and families, as children require a number of supplies, all to benefit their learning. We understand the financial strain that purchasing school supplies can have on families, which is why every summer, we distribute the much-needed items to children and youths of the community. 

With the support of organizations, community partners and residents, we provide backpacks, lunch bags, water bottles, binders, notebooks, file papers, pencils, etc., all collected throughout the year. If you would like to donate items or are interested in receiving school supplies for the upcoming school year, please contact us.

Christmas Toy Drive

Christmas is a time for generosity and giving, but for many families, it is filled with anxiety and financial challenges. To help spread the Christmas spirit and ease some of the burdens commonly experienced this time of year, we host an annual Christmas party! 

With the support of community partners, organizations and individuals, we are able to provide a fun-filled event featuring food, games, and gifts! Over the course of the year, we collect suitable presents for children ages 3 to 15, all of which are wrapped and distributed accordingly. We also have the privilege of gifting food boxes to families so that every member of the community may have a merry holiday season.
